At about 2 p.m. on Saturday, police were called to the area of 9 Hoyle Street after a 911 call, according to the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office. When members of the Norwood Police Department arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound. The man was brought to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
